The Safe Child Scheme aims to reunite children who have become separated from their parent/guardian whilst in the City Centre. Centre management, Security, Cleaning staff and retailers have received training on how to deal with lost children. Look for the 'Safe child' logo that will be displayed in the windows of participating retailers or pick up a leaflet from the Information/Lottery Kiosk.
ServiceCall is a system designed to make it easier for you to use shops and services it is installed at The Lanes Shopping Centre Car Park. You simply aim a small infrared transmitter to activate a receiver and someone will come to assist you.
Special Parking Facilities accessibility parking bays for blue badge holders only and parent and child bays are on Level Two of the car park and Debenhams Level One.
